We bought a 1950's ranch style house and basically took it to the ground and did a complete re-build. From the initial consultation to the end of the project, we felt comfortable that our dream house was in the right hands. We had an excellent architect that gave our home a ranch style layout with a Craftsman influence. We wanted an open interior and gave the added challenge to our great team of putting brick inlay as room transitions in our hickory wood floors. We were guided and supported by an amazing designer, Laura Nathan, recommended to us by Monley Cronin. Our construction site manager, David Cronin, was always on top of everything for our project, without fail. He managed all the sub-contractors and everything stayed on course. The office staff at Monley Cronin was helpful and kept everything organized and moving forward. We had never done anything to the scale of this particular project but the Monley Cronin team was patient, informative and answered all of our many questions with their wealth of experience and and expertise. Ground-breaking took place mid October 2014 and possession in April 2015, two weeks ahead of schedule and exactly on budget. We never had a delay with subcontractors, and they kept us informed and involved in every step of the process, including decorating and landscaping. Communications were flawless, the word "no" was not part of the vocabulary, the construction site was secure and impeccable and more than a year later, we would do it all over again. They facilitated in helping us identify the architect, plumbers, appliance dealer, tiler, floors, painters, landscape and overall design and decor.
