To this date, almost 3 years later, the project has yet to be completed: both the pool and spa are leaking, at the astounding rate of over 1,000 gallons a week. This has been an ongoing problem since September 2022, yet not only hasn't it been fixed, but Mr. Phillips stopped returning calls for many months. We had to call them back numerous times given the work was done poorly, including the installation. This was a simple job that should have been easy to finish but instead dragged on.
