David May was very patient with us as he went the extra mile to convince us. His crew was very thorough with the project and did an excellent job cleaning up every day. If you need work done on your house you do not have to look further then NYRC to do the work. They were punctual, courteous and efficient. He promised vinyl cornerposts of a specific color and this is stated in his signed contract. After the rest of the siding was delivered to my home and they were about 25% done with the siding he informed me that the vinyl cornerposts were not available to him in the contracted color. As a result alternative materials had to be used which I did not want. Also he promised to show up on more than one occasion and he did not. Damage was done to my driveway from the container, a cable repairman had to be called because of the damage done by the installers and an air conditioner repairman had to be called because the installer put a tarp over it during the removal of the old shingles and it shut down and had to be reset by a technician. Also a rain sensor which wirelessly controlled the underground sprinklers was removed and thrown away even though it was shown to David before the job started and instructed that it must be reinstalled for the system to function properly. There were other more minor issues too. All of these expenses, I was told are my responsibility but you should be aware of the ancillary costs involved with the job due to damages done. Finally,because I did not pay the final installment until the following business day after completion, (I kept getting conflicting stories on when the job would be completed) the owner, David got quite nasty. He basically flipped out and acted in a manner that could not allow me to recommend his company. **★★★★★ — jlessem, Feb. 2015** > I hired NYRC to install vinyl siding on my house. The work was done quickly and professionally. I was quite satisfied with both the quality of the work and price. Subsequently, I called NYRC to fix a hole in the siding that had been created by a crazed woodpecker, and, again, the work was done quickly, well and for a reasonable price. I also hired NYRC to replace the skylights on the roof and fix some problems with the roofing. Again, the work was done quickly, efficiently, effectively, and at a reasonable price. I had NYRC install siding on my 2 story colonial home as the paint on the home was looking rather terrible to say the least. The entire team worked really well together and kept the project moving at a great pace while at the same time ensuring that all work was being done in a very proffesional manner. The siding was finished on time even though a day was lost to rain which would not have been a big deal on my end but definitely nice to see the team stick to the contract dates. I definitely plan on using NYRC for any future home remodels for sure. I do stay in contact with Dave from time to time whenever I have a quick DYI question and he always responds.
