In 1987, Michael and Mary Therese Pfau established Trinity Homes, choosing “Trinity” to honor the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. > Trinity Homes in Maryland is responsible for a strong foundation, solid framework, and a litany of technical challenges for the new home buyer.  My home in Elkridge, MD was completed September 2016.  The very first winter, my wife and I noticed substandard windows throughout our home.  No assistance from the builder.  Additionally, Trinity homes never registered our name with the HVAC installation within 90 days even with the contract was in our name.  This lapse resulted in a 5 year not a 10 year warranty.  We replaced the windows since ice developed on the inside and a heat pump within the first 9 years.  Way to go Trinity Homes!  If you plan to purchase from this company pay attention to the technical issues that cause high dollar issues.
