> I looked at several local contractors for my first ever remodel and selected Paceline. I was never disappointed. They spent a long time with me and my wife going over ALL the details, offering suggestions,pointing us to different options for cabinet manufacturers, windows, and always keeping a budget in mind. Project started April 2016 and finished August 2016.Took a little longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Project manager Todd was very helpful with on the fly decisions and changes that didn't change the budget but required altering original ideas. They kept the construction site clean EVERY day and accommodated us as we lived in the house during the renovation. I would recommend Paceline for any renovation large or small.

> We have used Paceline for two major renovations, a total remodel of the main bathroom, and an extensive remodeling of the kitchen.  The kitchen involved gutting the old kitchen and adjacent den with a wall removed, and installation of new cabinets and hardwood flooring.  Tony's crew was very professional with attention paid to every detail.  We are pleased with both projects.

> We have worked with Tony twice -- once for a minor remodel and a second time for a major remodel after extensive water damage. Both times we have been thrilled with the results.

> Tony insists on the highest quality results and is an exceedingly honest man -- which is not always the case in this line of work. He also knows when to reach out to others to "get it right." For example, our designer (whom Tony recommended) designed a fireplace that included board formed concrete. Tony had never done board formed concrete before, and he was honest with us about that fact. But he didn't just cavalierly state that he could figure it out on his own. Instead, he reached out to an expert in Sheboygan with extensive experience in the art; and from that professional (who even consulted on site), Tony was able to get the right concrete mix, technique etc. The fireplace surround is unique and stunning.

**Q: Tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

Could you give specifics on the tile used here please?

A: Hi Kate, the wall and floor tile are both from Ann Sacks. The floor tile is Palladium Noir 20x20. We cut down the base molding from these tiles as well. I believe they are discontinued. The wall tile is matte glass mosaic grey tile. I'm not sure about he availability of that tile. Tony

A: Great transformation! We used similar colors/materials in this master bath renovation with 18x36 Anne Sacks Lineare porcelain tile for the shower and floor, and warm gray DuPont Zodiaq quartz countertops (color is "coarse pepper").
