> Think twice before using this home builder!!!  Poor workmanship when painting our interior cabinets, walls, base, molding, and crown. All the paint is peeling, without using a primer or the correct paint. Floor lifting, hot water wired to the toilet, some crooked windows, broken faucet, which they refused to fix because it was from a vendor the company doesn’t deal with directly. Patio door not fitting correctly because the outside patio was off.  The builder wanted $2,000.00 to put in our electric fireplace, and the sales rep for the company, put it in for $250.00. Then we wanted an upper and lower deck, the builder wanted $55,000 for everything and we had the framers of the house do everything including the wood for $5500.00. Please due your diligence because it will save you aggravation and heartache. Buyer Beware!!!!

Strobel and Associates consistently went above and beyond in building our house.  They made sure to communicate every last detail to us during the construction process. The terrain and elevation of the lot was a challenge to build on; however, Bryan and his team tackled the challenge. We made a few changes to the design during construction and they had no issue in making any accommodations we requested. We consistently receive compliments from friends, family, and neighbors on the quality of our home.
