Post Coastal Development is rebuilding neighborhoods on the Bolivar Peninsula and around Galveston. As a child growing up in Beaumont, Cullen Hise, our president, spent many summers on the beaches of the Bolivar Peninsula and has an affinity for the area. So when he and his partner decided to start Post Coastal Development and was looking for an area to begin development, it only made sense that he would start here. Reconstruction of the Bolivar Peninsula has been slow, but with each new beach home and custom remodel the area is coming back, and Post Coastal Development is excited to participate in the process.
