I felt that they did an excellent job. But 2 years has pass and I have contacted Mr. Formica several times via text..email and actually talked to him the cabinet that was replaced in my kitchen is not holding up...facing is cracking and completely falling apart. one end of cabinet seems to be compressing...i guess where lean on counter the pressure caving that side of cabinet...anyhow i have contacted and given them every opportutuity to " just come check it out" no response. **Comment from KitchenRite, LLC:** > Unfortunately, Suanne's messages were casually worded "Next time you are in area..." for example, so it appeared to be a low priority request originally. The problem sounded very likely to be water damage, which we suggested, but Suanne rejected that idea saying she had no leaks. Upon inspection, a water saturation problem was clearly the culprit, but an obvious leak source was not immediately found. We removed the end panel and opened the base cabinet area and removed the rotted wood to allow the area to dry and hopefully reveal the cause. It turned out that the dishwasher had a manufacturing defect and would leak when running. The dishwasher was replaced by others. His estimate was competitive and his scheduling of the work accommodated our scheduling requirements. There was great attention to detail and workmanship. The cabinets are a tremendous upgrade to our kitchen.
