He executed a challenging task - an year long upgrade of a duplex cooperative apartment in the wake of extensive fire damage - with excellent results. The job required dealing with a difficult board approval process, extensive city permitting issues and a kitchen designer who completely fell down on the job. In each case, Jason showed leadership, integrity, ingenuity and a genuine interest in our needs.
