Asked for receipt multiple times. Did not receive until pool was already installed. > -Pool install issues, pieces not lined up. Caps falling off. Columns misaligned. > -Vertical posts started popping off, liner has wrinkles. > -No screws or bonding ties for bonding ring. > -Pool not in grade. Had to dig ditch around half of pool to pass electrical inspection. > -ASAP refused to provide inspection information for pool installation. > -Came on property Sunday, unannounced. Caused issues during Father’s Day. > -Damaged to double gate on property. > -Left trash, debris, buckets of rocks, etc at work site. > -Requested more money for sod removal. Not told about this until work was already done. > -Tried to double charge install fee. > -Did not finish pool filter setup. > -Did not put in all needed pool chemicals that were paid for. > -Did not provide pool class that was paid for. > -Walked off job. Took full and total payment. Did not provide full services. > -Threatened to not honor warranty due to us being perceived as “Biden Supporters” by owner due to our factual and very serious complaints. > > Take my advice and do not use this company.
