Having never built a house before, the design process was all new to us. First they visited our site in person and set right to work on creating a 3D model of the site in BIMX. When we first saw the initial draft of the design and the 1st version of the 3D BIMX model we were blown away with what they came up with. Throughout the process we made numerous changes to the design. Steve and Jenna were attentive to our requests throughout, even suggesting last minute changes that created extra work for them that we had not considered. One of the real differentiators for us was the 3D work in BIMX. Having the 3D model with the ability to virtually walk around and inside your future house really helped our confidence in the design - I couldn't imagine having to do this only with the 2D design drawings.
