> Tim is great.  He handled our room addition which just about doubled the size of our house.  He took care of the architecture design, the structural analysis, the survey, and probably more that I don't know about.  He helped push the plans through the City, helped work things out with the contractor, and addressed any issues that came up promptly and effectively.  The end product is amazing and we get lots of great comments from passersby.  A pleasure to work with, and we'll definitely hit him up for our next project.
