Winterburn Construction is a full service residential construction company, specializing in all aspects of construction from remodels and additions, to multi-million dollar homes. We take pride in high quality work for any size job at a fair price. 

Winterburn Construction was founded in 1992 by owner John Winterburn, who has over twenty years of construction experience. John is a fifth generation Santa Cruz resident whose family began their life here in Santa Cruz County as hard working apple farmers in the Day Valley area of Aptos. The work ethic of John's family has been passed down for generations and has helped make Winterburn Construction a company whose business is based on referral and reputation. Our goal going into a project is the same when finishing a project: a satisfied client. 

Winterburn Construction also believes in giving back to the community. We offer our services to Helping Hands, a program of the Volunteer Centers of Santa Cruz County. The mission of Helping Hands is to make minor repairs to low-income elderly Santa Cruz homeowners homes at no cost to them. In doing so the program helps elderly residents remain independent longer. We are proud to be a part of this program.
