I asked Will to come out to my residential property to assess remediation options for drainage issues around three-quarters of my property. Even at the initial hello, he grumbled and clearly wasn't in the mood to interact with anyone. > > I walked him through the different areas of low spots and after just 5 minutes he surmised that the \*only\* solution would be to pipe and drain everything to the sidewalk across a neighbor's yard. He said that the job would be massive and wouldn't make sense to do. > > I asked about some possible other ideas that I had read about but he didn't seem interested in brainstorming any alternative, stop-gap, or creative ideas.
