The entire downstairs was gutted, installed new electrical, plumbing, and heating, built new walls, built a laundry area, built new closets, and remodeled the bathroom, all according to architectural drawings. The project would have been on time and on budget but we had several change orders (at our request) and there was a delay with several bathroom fixtures (also our responsibility, not Nima's) which delayed the project. In fact, they were ahead of schedule so we would have finished early had it not been for the bathroom fixture delay. > > Nima and his team were very easy to work with. Minor changes during the construction (like add/move electrical outlets, move a row of recessed lights) were done as part of the build and larger change orders were all reasonably priced. > > There were, of course, a few surprises as there are in any construction project but they were all dealt with effectively and satisfactorily. > > Communication was easy.
