Katie helped us build a new kitchen and renovate our bathroom. She assisted us with all the steps involved. We had an idea of what we'd like to do, and Katie came in and designed an even more beautiful and functional plan. She then organized all of the labor and materials that we needed. She explained to us when things weren't possible, and she also opened us up to new ideas that improved our final product along the way. Katie had three attributes which I really appreciated. First, she was always available to answer questions and deal with challenges that came up. She was responsive via text, email, and phone. Another attribute that really improved our project was her perfectionism/professionalism. Throughout the process she would scan a room and realize there was something slightly off or not perfect. It'd be imperceptible to us, but she would see it and spend as much time as required to remedy it. Finally, if you need someone to explain, motivate, and organize contractors, Katie does that smoothly and without stressing you out.
