From the very beginning, Mike returned every phone call, text, and email in less than 24 hours. Our neighbors couldn't believe how quickly the renovations happened. These renovations included: install new hardwood floors on 1st floor, paint entire first floor, paint kitchen cabinets, install backsplash, add crown molding to the top of cabinets and install a new cabinet. On the second floor, Mike removed all fixtures from a full bath and a half bath and installed new fixtures, new floor, and painted both bathrooms. When he had people helping him out, he checked on them every day and always checked in with us to see make sure we were happy with the work. The timeline of all of this work is much shorter than we expected and nothing like we have experienced before with other contractors. We began talking with Mike in early April; he started the work in early May and all of the work listed above was complete as of July 5th.
