> Dan did a great job building a deck off the back of our rental property in Eagle River in 2023.  He was focused, considerate of builder's wishes and tenant occupancy schedule.  He completed the job within agreed timeframe, and within the agreed quote amount.  Dan was excellent in communicating effectively throughout the process as well.  The quality of finished product and attention to detail were very good.  We recommend Dan with First Light General Contracting, and hope to hire him again this summer 2024 for additional projects!
