The designer was fantastic but failed to follow through with several design notes and changes that were requested multiple times which caused delays and changes in our vision. Secondly internal communication between the project manager and the designer was not great at all times, as the project manager was left in the dark and when we asked about things he had no idea what we were talking about. This lack of communication lead to cabinets not being built to proper spec. Lastly, we were not always sure about when people were coming and I really wish they had a better system for communicating with the home owners throughout the process. > > Again, no company is perfect.
