I also asked them several other design questions about kitchen cabinets, quartz counter tops, etc. and they were extremely helpful with offering me some options in those areas.  Their price is very reasonable, especially since you are getting a "team of two" and not just one designer's opinion.  I would highly recommend these two designers.

From our first phone call to Alice through the on-site meetings, Alice has been an exceptional professional - and evolved into a treasured friend as she "got" our family and our needs immediately, and worked hard and consistently to implement the improvements to our home. From paint colors, to fabrics, to new construction, Alice oversaw the remodeling of our home. Phone calls, texts, emails (and there were tons of all 3), were returned immediately. A: The paint color is Benjamin Moore Old Gold 167 and the vanity top is Juparana Bronze granite.

A: The runner is from Dash & Albert.  I just searched for it on their website and it is now in the outlet store, which usually means that it is going to be discontinued.  Here is a link to the page.

A: These pendants are from Visual Comfort and are 18" in diameter.  I do think that pendants over an island this large should be at least this big to be in proportion with it and the room in general.   I do think that people often choose lighting that is too small.  Don't be afraid of a larger size if your room is similar in dimension!

A: The color is Farrow & Ball Straw (52). I just checked on their website and it doesn't appear to be offered anymore. It does look like as though Dorset Cream (68) is close.
