> Sylvestre has done one major remodeling project for me (kitchen addition) and a few minor ones.  I live in a 1924 bungalow and nothing is simple.  He added six feet to the kitchen and it looks original.  The old fashioned detailing i.e. Bead board under the eaves, matching stucco, textured cinder block and more make all the difference.  I do not have a "hunk of addition."  My neighbors don't remember how it was.  when I called I said I wanted a new kitchen that looks old and I'm still delighted eleven years later.  He's done several small projects for me including one just last year.  These people are fabulous.
