> Ken Sims designed our 5,000 sq. ft. prairie style home in 2013.  He began the design process by getting to know us and our taste before he drew anything.  He was thoughtful and really listened to what we wanted, and also what we didn't want.  The attention to detail was amazing, (and at times exhausting), but always worth it!  He was available to us and all of the contractors throughout the entire building project.  If there was a question or an adjustment necessary he was responsive and creative when the need arose.  We've lived in the house for 4 years now and LOVE it.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken to anyone looking for custom home design.
