**★★★★★ — Turner Design Firm, Feb. 2017**

> The phrase "Outside the Box" fits Turner Development. Innovative, creative and cutting edge describe their mindset. Excellence, quality and stunning describes their projects. Eric Turner's level of professionalism is outstanding. The company's long history of adaptive re-use of historical buildings in Baltimore is impressive. Their inspiring renovations of obsolete structures and sensitivity to community concerns is highly commendable.

**★★★★★ — D&I CONTRACTORS, Jan. 2017**

> Turner Development seems to always be working on exciting projects and we are fortunate to have been a subcontractor on many of them. They are professional and their projects are a lot of fun to work on.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Pot rack** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where is the pot rack from? Custom size?

A: It's been a few years, but I think we bought it from pottery barn or Lamps Plus, standard over the counter sizing. Just did a quick search on both sites and didn't see it on either, it might be discontinued.

**Q: What is the treatment on the ceiling? Is it just painted?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Its actually concrete. The texture is from the wood forms that left marks when it was poured and they were removed. It looks fantastic in person, pictures don't do it justice.

**Q: Can you tell me what diameter the A/C ducts are?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The ceilings in that model unit were quite large so it made everything look relatively small in the space including the duct work. It was a 8" duct.

**Q: Marble** *(in Photo Questions)*

What kind of marble on countertop

A: We went with a carrara marble countertop for this kitchens look.

**Q: Cabinets?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What type of wood? Color and stain?

A: The wood is a rift-cut white oak and the stain is a custom dark grey we mixed on-site. Good luck

**Q: love the couch** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hello,

Can you please tell me where you got this couch from?

Thank you!

A: Most of the furniture in the picture including couch came from an Italian company called JESSE. The local store in DC where we bought it closed recently, but it looks like there are quite a few online, heres one...../www.jessechicago.com.
