We constantly get compliments on our homes and I always have to be honest and tell them I cannot take credit as the talent and eye is Debbie Cherry's. A: The contractor on the project buildt this unit. The murphy bed "kit" was ordered for the mechanism. But the remainder of the buildt in was from contractor and cabinet shop. I absolutely adore this kitchen!!! A: The length of island is approx 13'. It took 2 slabs of granite. And, the backsplash was black & brown river rock. Above the rock is grasspaper.
