> briankanedesign was a great choice to make our extensively-renovated house exactly the way we want it.  Brian clearly understood our design needs and our budget.  He was able to steer us toward unexpected design choices that perfectly fit our sensibilities.  With his help, our home's modern/1940s merger became a cohesive unit.  He kept my dual needs for whimsy and practicality in mind.  One of the best things he did was to make me very much a part of the design decisions by taking my ideas and improving them.  He was very available and always positive.  I have recommended him to others and would definitely work with him again.
