With that said I was very pleased with the results of Build Tech. From their architect to their foreman and all subs in-between they worked with speed, efficiency and courtesy. Build Tech had good energy and excitement for our project from start to finish. All projects have mistakes but how those mistakes are handled is what is important. I had contacted two other contractors to bid on our remodel/addition work (bathroom remodel, accent wall and construct outdoor entrainment area) and was disappointed with the others that were not responsive (one didn’t even show up!), even in the bidding process when they should be trying to “win” our work. Kirt on the otherhand, was always prompt with his responses and that did not change after we hired him. He stayed in constant communication and provided oversight of our project to ensure the best quality work and timely completion. Despite us making a few changes to the plan, they remained on time and finished the project as promised and it all looks amazing! We genuinely could not be more pleased.
