Their service and professionalism was exceptional and we subsequently recommended them to friends. Unfortunately, we have begun to experience some difficulties with the systems and have attempted to contact Storch for follow-up service, to no avail. When they installed the systems they talked at length about being there for service should the systems need repair or modification. All this was coordinated into a universal remote that allows us to enjoy music/TV with ease and of course they used relays so we could hide all the equipment in a closet and entertainment console and not have to see it. Mike has an amazing show room you can visit to decide what you would like to incorporate into your entertainment system. He is excellent at explaining everything in layman's terms for the technologically challenged (like myself). And when Mike and Scott come to do the install, they are both professional and friendly, they make sure everything is working properly before they leave, and they go over all the systems with you to ensure you can work it yourself. They respond via email very quickly to any follow up questions you may have and will come back out to the house to trouble shoot if need be.
