Construction didn't begin until 10/19/16. We were told our 20,000 gallon, 111' freeform perimeter, saltwater, gunite pool would be an 8-10 week build (incl natural waterfall, beach entry, heat pump). > > Our pool wasn't filled with water until 4/11/17. It was converted to the salt water generator on 5/10/17, and here we are the end of July 2017 still dealing with multiple unaddressed or poor craftsmanship/customer service problems. For one: multiple leaks in the waterfall have been "fixed" at least 5 times. It's still leaking, but now it's also lopsided with most of the water falling from one side. > > I will NOT recommend this company to anyone I know. The lack of communication, lack of prompt follow through, plethora of excuses, and poor subcontractors being the main reasons. > > (Pictures show leaks in waterfall. The last picture shows the plants PB's workmen crushed and debris left around and in the pool when they left.
