> Can't agree more with all of these reviews. Elizabeth gets 5 stars from me as well!!!
> We had a gut re-hab of our kitchen and master bathroom. Elizabeth really helped make the dream a reality. She has great taste, is detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with. I'd use her again in a second!

**Comment from Elizabeth Stamos Design:**

> Thank you so much Sara! We had so much fun working with you and Barry and are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying your beautiful new home!

**★★★★★ — Cathryn Smeyers, March 2018**

> I cannot recommend Elizabeth Stamos enough. We completely gutted an old 19th century home and brought her in to help - top to bottom. From outdoor light fixtures and faucets to a custom couch and paint colors, she did it all. Elizabeth is extremely organized and detail-oriented - she put together a product binder that makes a type A person like me weak in the knees : ). She is also a great collaborator;I never felt that she was pushing us in one direction or another. She has a keen eye and was really able to grasp our style and point of view and bring out the best in it. My husband and I also appreciated her ability to take a holistic look at our budget and lifestyle and make decisions accordingly. We have young children and a dog, so a costly hand woven silk rug really wasn't in the cards for us. Elizabeth got creative by layering two different, more durable rugs, and the effect is really beautiful; we get so many compliments on even just that one style element. We are continuing to furnish our renovated house, as budget allows, and Elizabeth remains very much a part of this effort.

> Elizabeth is professional, efficient, energetic, and very talented. Her attention to detail and thoroughness in design provided a beautiful composition that suited the home style and the clients perfectly. Very easy to work with and goes the extra mile to complete each task. Every selection made in the house I liked - I cannot recommend her highly enough!

> I worked underneath Liz's guidance on an office relocation project in the vicinity of North and Western Avenues. Under her guidance, we hung about 70 frames, and assisted in the assembly of some IKEA office products. Liz is very easy to work with. I hope to do more projects for her.

> Elizabeth helped turn our inefficient, out-of-style, and cold master bathroom into an absolute spa oasis in August 2016. We found her after seeing her work in CS magazine, and hired her immediately after our first meeting.
>
> Although we had a hard time finding pictures to show her regarding what we were looking for, Elizabeth was able to take what we told her during that first meeting and put together an absolutely spot-on mock-up for our design direction, from the color palette to vanity functionality to the texture of the tiles. We were so impressed with how quickly she was able to create a bathroom that reflected our style and incorporate the features that were most important to us (i.e. large shower and no tub), given that we were doing a 180 with how the bathroom was previously in terms of structure, functionality, etc.
>
> Elizabeth is very personable and fun to work with but also the consummate professional. She helped us get the most out of our budget, always ensuring that our pieces were unique and never cookie cutter, and did not flinch when we asked for new ideas for a floor tile size/shape/color at the very last minute. When problems arose, she was quick to respond immediately and resolve any problems, whether that was tracking down the contractor or getting someone in to perfect the vanity drawers. She was there at every step of the process, stopping by to finalize budgets, going with us to pick out the fixtures, coming to check in on the contractors, etc.
>
> I would highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone who is looking for an interior designer that will go the extra step to ensure that the final product is fully personalized and bragging rights-worthy. Whether they had seen the space before or are seeing it for the first time, friends and family rave about our bathroom and joke that they want to stay over to use it. The result of her work is our dream bathroom that rivals almost any luxury hotel. She totally exceeded our expectations.
>
> Because of how happy we were with the final product and the ease of the entire process of working with Elizabeth, I hired her for a second project immediately upon the bathroom's completion. Unfortunately due to an out-of-state move, the second project did not come to fruition. However, if I ever move back, she will be my first call!

> We had an outstanding experience with Elizabeth. Everything from our initial contact (prompt and responsive!) to our end result was perfect. Elizabeth was a joy to work with, always responded to every call and email, was organized and professional in every meeting and with every presentation. She also has awesome taste. She picked out and helped us select the perfect fixtures for our home. We had a great time in the process and, most importantly, we love the outcome of our remodel. We are already brainstorming what our next project with Elizabeth will be!

> We hired Elizabeth to do the layout and design of our loft style office in Chicago. Being a smaller company at the time, we were certainly working on a budget and she was able to find us great options. Betsy helped us with paint colors, managing contractors, floor plan layout, furniture options (and logistics), as well as artwork and other design items. Four years later we still get compliments on everything and we even had her come help design the second office when we tore down a wall to double our office size. I would whole-heartedly recommend Elizabeth Stamos Design to anyone in need.

**★★★★★ — abbyhelen10, June 2014**

> We hired Betsy in 2013 to renovate our daughters' bathroom and transform an unused room on our main floor into a library/music room. I will begin with the conclusion; Betsy is absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations on every level! The rooms turned out better than we imagined, on time, and in budget. We are incredibly pleased with the results.
>
> Our house was built in 1870 but our tastes are quite eclectic. When we used designers in the past we often had to sift through many attempts at fabric and furniture choices until something clicked. Betsy "got" us immediately. In short order, she presented overall designs for the rooms that were innovative and beautiful and included fabrics and furniture that we couldn't have loved more. Betsy knew where we should spend money (fabulous fabrics for pillows and wallpaper in the bathroom) and where we could save (funky mirrors and end tables). Betsy was attentive and responsive and handled everything with such professionalism. For example, Betsy would be at our house for all deliveries. When the wrong marble tiles were sent, Betsy would not accept the delivery and was able to get the supplier to locate the right tiles (even higher quality than the original) and honor the original/lower price.
>
> Betsy has spoiled us and we now want to run by her everything we do with the house. We will definitely use Betsy again!

**★★★★★ — George Zlatin, May 2014**

> We are an established internet marketing company and Elizabeth designed our office space in Bucktown/Wicker Park. She made the office feel hip and vibrant and she did it within our budget by sourcing most of the items from big box stores like Ikea, crate and barrel, west elm, and more. My favorite part of the process was seeing her initial design concepts which were always professionally drawn out using interior design software and tools. She showed us 2-3 different options and we figured out what we felt was best from there. She's great at communication, detail oriented and has great project managemen skills. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional office design.
