Our warranty manager will reach out to ensure these issues are promptly addressed. **★★★ — HU-950048568, March 2023** > While Old World does have some great craftsmanship, we struggled with communication and accuracy during every step of the build. The design process was great, but the execution was painful. Their inability to do basic Project Management and communication was surprising, given the price point and quality of the homes they build. Attention to the details we chose was arguably worse than their project management capabilities. We had to intervene and deal with numerous contractors and supplier partners of theirs (many of which mutually complained about OWC dropping the ball and not communicating). Our home was constantly deprioritized and never once did we actually feel as though Old World was there for us. They did not admit or take responsibility on many issues and errors. Our home completed in October of 2021 and we still (March 2023) have open action items that I have zero confidence that they will resolve. **Comment from Old World Custom Homes:** > Thank you for your feedback. What is the walls in the shower is that concrete walls or tile? A: It is great with cleaning. We put a polished finish on it so all the pores of it are sealed and then place a sealer on top. Over time the sealer will wear off though if not maintained - it won't harm the product however without a sealer the product will naturally patina. Our suggestion is always to seal it yearly to maintain the look.
