They are amazing! Very professional and accommodating. Our contractor was using a different fabricator and after they scribed our peninsula they dropped us because it was too complicated. Blue Pearl had been highly recommended to us so we had them come out. Ken, who I now refer to as a scribing god, came right out to scribe the counter and when five guys slid the stone into place.... It fit like a glove. Perfect! On top of that, the granite yard that we purchased our stone from found a imperfection. Teresa from Blue Pearl took the template all the way into Chicago, taped it out to make sure the stone would still work. She sent me images and kept me posted the whole way. They were amazing when I was trying to decide on the edge profile. VERY patient - showing me existing samples, as well as, cutting several new ones for me to view. They did all of this in less than a two week time span and made the whole experience stress-free. On a side note, we had already had our stone prior to going with Blue Pearl. If that had not been the case, I definitely would have just got our stone from them.
