The salesman came out and I specifically told him on where I would like my footings for my post to be at. I wanted them to be at the same area where the old patio anchors were at. They said that the next step would be that they would send a second salesman to remeasure. When it came time for installation I noticed that the anchors were a foot shorter from where I asked for them to be and where the old anchors were at they patched them up with some epoxy that looks like an eyesore. I called the office and they said that there was nothing they could do for me since I signed for the measurements that they made. I tried to explain that it was the salesman that made the measurements and not me. I did not realize that I had to go behind them and remeasure since I thought that was what I was paying them for. All I did was point out where I wanted the post to be at and they could not even get that right. Now I have cover that looks all out of proportion due to them moving the post closer to the original place I wanted which shortened the overhang. > They also cut into my roofline when I specifically asked the salesman if they would have to do that and he said no. Guess what, they did cut into my roofline which made the cover sit higher due to the short width that they shortened on me. > I was planning on calling them back for other projects that I had planned on but now after this one I will have to call someone else. My daughter was planning on them doing her patio cover but I did warn her to look at other companies. Poor workmanship, and very difficult to reach and communicate with regarding project. Professionals showed up first day to remove sod, cap sprinklers, and setup bubblers for remaining trees in law area. Perfect compaction of decomposed granite under new Easy Turf product was ready for application on day two. JNR people spent hours on day two setting, cutting and then stitching lawn edges to the D-Granite along the driveway, trees, and around the fire hydrant and water meter access at ground level. We are very pleased with the results and are having the rest of the front lawn area completed in the spring of 2015 by JNR. The jobsite was kept immaculate at all times and after completion, it looked like they never were there!
