It was a large project that included select demolition of an existing structure and building up three floors of reinforced concrete. Ali's attention to detail and addressing the owner's concerns during all phases of construction is a rare quality not seen with today's builders. > > We are from New York, so were unable to be at the site often, Ali kept us updated with pictures and facetime calls. He always answers the phone or text when you have a question. As with any custom-built home, especially on the Ocean, there will always be changes, extras, permit issues and unforeseen conditions. Ali works through problems, gives suggestions, solves problems and is fair with pricing. > > If you are looking for a Professional custom builder in the Vero/ Sebastion area do not hesitate to use CEMCO/ Ali, we are extremely happy with the final product he delivered. > > Thank You to Ali and his team of qualified subcontractors. > Sal & Valerie Leopoldo **Comment from CEMCO Construction Company:** > Thank you Sal and Valerie for your kind words! Your project was a challenging one, which made it that much more rewarding to complete and deliver to you. We are pleased that you are satisfied with our work. We hope that you and your family will thoroughly enjoy your new home. **★★★★★ — kwieleba, Sept. 2025** > We will be moving into our new Cemco built home in a few weeks. We are so excited and pleased with how our home turned out! We own two home improvement businesses and interact with a lot of General Contractors. We chose Cemco because we know they build a high quality home and know Ali to be very professional and responsible. He was very patient and engaged with our design process as we worked to make the nicest home possible but still stay on budget. He was always very responsive to our needs and questions. He never once missed a meeting with us! We asked him to do some different things that he made work! All of his subcontractors do a fabulous job, take pride in their work and on top of it are nice people to interact with. We love the quality of our new home! We can honestly say that Ali made this a very stress free process which was greatly appreciated! We highly recommend Cemco Construction Company and would happily work with them again! **Comment from CEMCO Construction Company:** > Thank you Kim! I have enjoyed working with you and Mark as well. I hope you enjoy your new home for many years to come. **★★★★★ — Karen Hartman, Feb. 2024** > Cemco construction company just finished our custom home in Vero Beach and I couldn’t be any happier with this beautiful home he built. Ali Qizilbash was fantastic to work with throughout the process. He was very detailed oriented and kept us informed every step of the way. He is a very professional builder and works with excellent subcontractors that can’t say enough positive comments about him being the best builder in the area. As with any project of this nature, we had some minor issues but when brought up to Ali, we were able to overcome them and get them corrected. Overall, it was a seamless process from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Ali to build if you’re planning on building. **★★★★★ — Steven McCue, Oct. 2023** > CEMCO Construction Company recently completed my retirement home in Sebastian Florida, and I could not be happier with the end result and how enjoyable the build was with them. Ali kept me well informed with the progress of the build, so I was in the loop at all times and the quality I received was absolutely first rate. Ali has a keen eye for making suggestions that not only look great but stay within budget. I would highly recommend CEMCO Construction Company for any type of home building project. **Comment from CEMCO Construction Company:** > Thanks Steve. I hope that you enjoy your new home for many years to come! **★★★★★ — Sarah, Feb. 2023** > We had a great experience using Cemco to build our custom home! Ali was fantastic- extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. We didn’t have any unpleasant surprises or hidden fees. My husband and I knew what to expect each step of the way, thanks to Ali’s expertise. Our home turned out AMAZING, and we love it. We would highly recommend Cemco for any project =) **Comment from CEMCO Construction Company:** > Thank you Sarah. I love what you have done with your new home, and I think it's great that you and your family are fully enjoying it. **★★★★★ — Margaret Sammons, Oct. 2021** > I first met Ali thru the local Chamber of Commerce. He belongs to various business groups and at this time chairs the local Exchange Club group in our area. His homes are built with quality and he is on his jobs daily to make sure his subs are also providing quality work to his specifications. He is very well versed with keeping up with requirements set by state, county and city municipalities which often change frequently. Ali is very family orientated and I find it to be my honor to personally and professionally acquaintanced with him **Comment from CEMCO Construction Company:** > Thank you Maggie. We are fortunate to have you and Custom Air Systems, Inc. as one of our valued vendors. **★★★★★ — HU-11422355, Nov. 2020** > We had the pleasure of working with Ali and the talented people at CEMCO Construction in 2017 when we worked on both an extensive home and medical office renovation. We found Ali to be extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful. First our home, he was able to transform a run-down beach cottage to a true family home. Ali is a meticulous planner, but always had the flexibility to accommodate our changes. Further, Ali always uses the same high-quality sub-contractors who take pride in their craft. We know this because, we have lived in the house for almost three years and everything works the same way it did on the day we moved in. > > During the middle of our home renovation, we acquired a medical office. Ali and his team showed the same dedication and quality of workmanship. The office is both beautiful and functional. But major kudos go for the delivery timeline. Ali had to deliver the office on Christmas Eve so we could all move in the day after New Year’s. Knowing this tight deadline, he delivered it a week ahead of schedule, allowing us to move in early and enjoy our Christmas holiday. > > Obviously, we highly recommend CEMCO for any construction project. If you want to speak with us, please let Ali know and we would be happy to accommodate. **Comment from CEMCO Construction Company:** > Thank you Kunal! It was our pleasure to work with you and Monika on both of your projects. **★★★★★ — violetempress, Oct. 2020** > We have completed 2 projects with Cemco Construction. The first was our custom home in 2009. Ali's attention to detail and timely scheduled process allowed us to make our selections without feeling rushed. > Our most recent project(completed in July 2020) was the total renovation of our 14,000 sf office building of apprx $1.3m With Ali's help we just won Architectural Award from the Chamber of Commerce! yay! > Ali's integrity, problem solving, accurate planning and patience were the reasons we chose Cemco again to do our biggest project. Thank you Ali! Its always been a pleasure. > Mari and Drew Miles > Vero Beach Florida **Comment from CEMCO Construction Company:** > Thank you Mari and Drew for your kind words, and for choosing us for such an important project for you. **★★★★★ — sanmarco26, Oct. 2020** > As we all look for the same qualities in a builder, it was my hope to find not only quality, but integrity as well. Ali displayed all of the qualities of a true professional. From the beginning, he worked with incredible diligence to make sure that we covered every base. The workmanship has been nothing less than a "10". All of his subs were as professional, and their quality was outstanding. He made certain to use the highest quality of materials, and never cut a corner from the start, if anything, went the extra distance to over build, not under build. Today, we are less than a week from completion, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Building an expensive house requires trust that your builder will financially manage your asset with honor and integrity. His bookkeeping was impeccable, right down to the last dime. Never was there a discussion about any mismanaged portion of this job, Ali performed at the highest level from the day we met. He not only saved money on certain aspects of the job, but gave you more than you expected. I have spent the past 4 months looking for the next project from CEMCO to build. A true gentleman, I look forward to working with him again. **Comment from CEMCO Construction Company:** > Thank you for choosing CEMCO to design and build your awesome new custom home! **★★★★★ — Kathie Caprilla, Oct. 2020** > Cemco Construction has worked with us on numerous projects. They have done an amazing job of guiding clients through the selection process. I would say patience, understanding and attention to detail are three of their best attributes. I would and have recommended Cemco to potential clients. **Comment from CEMCO Construction Company:** > Thank you for the kind words Kathie! We enjoy working with you at Prosource as well. **★★★★★ — HU-435490898, Oct. 2020** > Have worked with CEMCO Construction for Years. They strive to make clients dreams come true, and offers a true custom home experience from start to finish. **★★★★★ — lmaranony, Oct. 2020** > Contracted with Ali Qzilbash, president of CEMCO Construction, for a new house in 2016. Ali, a certified engineer, struck me as a perfectionist from the beginning. However, since it was going to be a long distance build for us, Trust was a major factor. The house was completed on time and despite requiring many upgrades and amenities, Ali did not disappoint. Throughout the process he kept us informed and was true to his word. His perfectionist tendencies resulted in a near perfect product that we enjoy and take pride in every day. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to our closest friends. **Comment from CEMCO Construction Company:** > Thank you Fred. We are pleased to know that you continue to enjoy your home. ## Selected projects - [San Marco Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/san-marco-residence-pj-vj~6635875) - Location: Vero Beach, Florida - Photos: 22 - [Shanks Residence - Oceanfront Custom Home](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/shanks-residence-oceanfront-custom-home-pj-vj~6408973) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 17 - [Diaz Residence - Ambersand Beach](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/diaz-residence-ambersand-beach-pj-vj~5557388) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 10 - [Davidson Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/davidson-residence-pj-vj~4227105) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 12 - [Maravilla Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/maravilla-residence-pj-vj~754053) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 10 - [Lewin Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/lewin-residence-pj-vj~1698762) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 20 - [Phillips Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/phillips-residence-pj-vj~1124503) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 15 - [Ambersand Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ambersand-residence-pj-vj~754010) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 12 - [Miles Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/miles-residence-pj-vj~897769) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 12 - [Ericson Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/ericson-residence-pj-vj~1081612) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 12 - [Douglas Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/douglas-residence-pj-vj~2747023) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 9 - [Briarworth Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/briarworth-residence-pj-vj~586493) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 21 - [Charles Avenue Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/charles-avenue-residence-pj-vj~1966442) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 15 - [Martin Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/martin-residence-pj-vj~2901295) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 4 - [Williamson Guest Cottage](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/williamson-guest-cottage-pj-vj~6080100) - Location: Roseland, FL - Photos: 9 - [Harmon Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/harmon-residence-pj-vj~7664730) - Location: Vero Beach, Florida - Photos: 14 - [Camelia Lane Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/camelia-lane-residence-pj-vj~7513249) - Location: Vero Beach, Florida - Photos: 9 - [Packard Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/packard-residence-pj-vj~7082615) - Location: Vero Beach, Florida - Photos: 16 - Description: Concrete structure built to comply with coastal construction code located on Ambersand Beach - [Hammer Residence](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/hammer-residence-pj-vj~7077756) - Location: Vero Beach, FL - Photos: 12 [See all 19 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/home-builders/cemco-construction-company-pfvwus-pf~185012354) ## Ideabooks - [48" hood](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/142025027/list/48-hood) — 5 ideas - [Fireplace](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/140103288/list/fireplace) — 3 ideas - [Kitchen Ideas](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/9669179/list/kitchen-ideas) — 5 ideas - [Exterior Tile Feature](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/102808783/list/exterior-tile-feature) — 1 idea - [Davis Parlor Wall](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/93185421/list/davis-parlor-wall) — 6 ideas - [Wall Panels](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/89435162/list/wall-panels) — 3 ideas - [Modern exterior](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/88393240/list/modern-exterior) — 2 ideas - [Exterior](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/28751952/list/exterior) — 3 ideas - [Bathroom Ideas](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/9669180/list/bathroom-ideas) — 1 idea - [Patio Ideas](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/9669181/list/patio-ideas) — 2 ideas [See all 10 ideabooks](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/users/ali-qizilbash) ## Community Q&A **Q: What color paint is the exterior?** *(in Photo Questions)* I want to know the brand and color of paint on the exterior and the shutters.
