They assured us this was a high quality product and that the manufacturer would stand behind their product. Unfortunately, 4 of our kitchen cabinets came in with damaged frames. The initial response to our report was that we should glue the cabinets back together ourselves, and that the damage was not sufficient to warrant any replacement. Only after insisting that we receive new product in a condition that reflected the price we paid, were we offered replacement frames. No consideration for the 3-4 week delay in our project. Not very impressed with the value for the money I spent.
