They do not return calls once you have paid, but They make sure that your nice white fence has their advertising permanently attached to the fence. The work they did was 90% good but the 10% they left behind cost me time and money to clean up and to repair. Three weeks later and 500 bucks some of the grass has come back, but I had to have my water off To the house for a day and no sprinklers for almost 2 weeks (partly because I did not notice it until the plants were dying) i I had to higher the neighbor kid to go around and pick up the trash they left, which included nuts and bolts in the grass that the Gardner said almost ruined his mower. The Vinyl Concept folks came out and bid the job among 3 other bidders. Their bid was not the lowest but they listened to what my wife and I wanted and the look we wanted. I had a concern because the part of the fence faced the north and we get pretty big Santa Ana winds. They showed us the type of reinforcement needed and the spacing between the fence panels and the fence posts which were required for up to 150 MPH wind gust none of the others were willing to even consider the wind issue, just this is what we do. I also wanted the fence to look like it was sitting on top of the topper block of the cinderblock wall they designed a piece and it looks great. We also had them put stair railings on our front porch they installed the wrong post toppers when I pointed this out the guys came out on a Sunday and fixed it. I will use these folks again and I have friends who looked at the work and hired them also. The salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the estimate and rough measure to give me a quote on the spot at my home. After I provided a deposit, a few days later they set up an appointment at my convenience for a final measure and to review the drawings for accuracy. Items were then ordered. The receptionist/sales representative both kept me informed on the status of my order as it got closer to delivery/installation date. Again, scheduled an appointment at my convenience for installation and they arrived on time and finish the gates in one day and the patio (since it was very large) took two day and then a third day to installation the lights. All in all a very good experience.
