Testorff came out right away, promised an estimate, but never came through with a quote. I called twice two weeks and 6 weeks later. Each time I was promised my quote would be sent soon. Never heard from them at all. It's best to let a homeowner know you have no interest in a project than to lead them on. **★★★★★ — ccaronls, Nov. 2014** > We used Testorff to remodel our small bathroom and repair some water damage. This was a relatively small project that some contractors might steer away from, but Testorff did not. The quality of work was really beyond expectations. Where once was a poorly conceived bathroom by the previous owners is now a beautiful environment. All of their people were courteous, energetic and respectful. How can I address this and get them removed? A: Jill's statement is correct. We are not claiming that we had any involvement in the interior design. We were the General Contractor for this project and all of the interior design/decoration was done by Jill Caskey.
