Lynch Construction has been proudly serving Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta and the surrounding area since 1989. Brian is a 4th generation Californian whose family owned and operated a family lumber company for many years. Brian moved to Santa Barbara to attend USCB, fell in love with the area and never left.

Brian founded Lynch Construction in 1989, launching his career in commercial building, with projects for Santa Barbara School District, Santa Barbara Housing Authority, Our Lady of Sorrows, San Roque and Mount Carmel Catholic Churches, as well as projects on Vandenberg Air Force Base via Brown & Root. 

Brian's passion is in building fine homes which will last generations and contribute to the splendor of the surrounding landscape.

> In April of 2020, my husband and I purchased a large home in Montecito—nearly 5000 square feet. In order to make it our own, we knew it needed some structural changes, some embellishment to its already great bones, and, therefore, some advice from a knowledgeable contractor to accomplish our goals. Having heard great things about Brian Lynch, we met with him and then hired him immediately after closing escrow.

> The projects went so smoothly and delighted us so much, we decided to continue with Lynch and his team with additional projects to bring the house to its full potential.  As with any home, after living in the spaces, one gets an understanding of its flow and a solid, reliable, and talented crew helps bring that potential to a reality.

> Regarding that solid crew: After the first six months of projects were completed, we moved into the house and have continued the improvements and projects while living comfortably as they were underway. Every single worker has been well trained to isolate the working space with protective layers to reduce the impact on the rest of the house. Theoretically, it’s not easy to share your home with workers in it daily but because they surpassed my expectations in terms of the quality of the work—and their professionalism and respect for our home and privacy, it has been a wonderful experience as the projects and beauty of our home has evolved.

> I cannot say enough good things about Brian Lynch and his company, Lynch Construction.  He is exactly what one wants in a contractor (or anyone else one hires, for that matter).  He is smart, totally professional, has an amazing can-do attitude, a wealth of experience, and a top-notch crew that has worked for him for years.  Unlike most other construction companies, Brian himself is the guy on-site.  This means that you are dealing with Brian himself on a daily basis and not a supervisor that was assigned to your job.  The value of this was emphasized by his past clients when I first contacted them as references, and I now know how right they were.  What this means is that what you want done can be done immediately without going through dreaded formal "change orders."
> Brian has great people skills, and always seems to solve problems on his own without having to worry you, the client.  One prior client, whom I had spoken with, told me about an incident that had happened with one of the subs; Brian told her that "he'd take care of it."  The problem was immediately rectified and she never heard a word about it.   Now that I am a client, and in the middle of a major and significant remodel with Brian, I can vouch that that is how he works.  The bottom line is that I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful. Can you tell me the brand and color of the vanities?

A: Martha Stewart Collection chosen and purchased by my client. Not custom made.

**Q: Counter material.** *(in Photo Questions)*

What are the counter made from?  And what colour?  Perfect choice for a coastal home.

A: These are Caesarstone counter-tops.  I do not have the color file.  I hope this helps.

**Q: Where can I get these?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Yes, as stated in my correction above, they were chosen by the owner and are from Martha Stewart Collection.  Not custom built.
