We met with Rick in his home, and his confidence and experience sealed the deal for us. It was evident that he was an expert and could help us realize our dream. Through the Builder Trend app, we were able to stay in contact with JMJ. Questions would be answered by the end of the day - to do lists were posted for us to complete - updates from subcontractors let us know what was going on at the build site. If Rick had a question, he would meet us at the house for walk-throughs, review possible answers to issues, or tell us, "I can figure out how to make that happen." I also really appreciated that Rick would tell us, "No, I don't think you'll be happy with that. This is what will happen." When we wanted to incorporate family barn wood, he accommodated that request. When we asked him to try something new, he was game. We're in our house now, loving it. The larger ones are made for RVs or boats. **Q: floors and shower** *(in Photo Questions)* What product is used on the floor? Who makes is the shower stall please? A: Thanks for contacting us. The shower came from WinSupply in Owensboro, KY, I am not certain of the brand name. The glass was custom made by Kentucky Mirror and Plate Glass. The flooring is Prequel and the color is Toasted Barnwood. **Q: Where is this couch from?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Thanks for inquiring about the photo. We are the builder, and the homeowner purchased the furnishings on their own, so I am not certain where they purchased it. Sorry I can't be of more help! **Q: I really like this floor. Is it wood or porcelain tile? Thanks.** *(in Photo Questions)* A: Thanks! It is actually a vinyl tile from Mohawk called Prequel and the color is Toasted Barnwood. It was in a basement entertainment/movie theatre area. It looked great and was perfect for high traffic and easy clean up. **Q: love the stone on the fireplace!
