We had a terrible problem with a sticky residue on the tile that we could not remove with typical commercial cleaners. I called Jeff and he came out a few days later and examined the problem. He tried some of his professional cleaner on our tile and it removed the residue. Jeff recommended that we do the entire tile floor, and after measuring he gave us a quote that we thought was reasonable and competitive. Jeff and his team came back in 10 days and cleaned our tile for about 5 hours and then resealed our grout, all of which was included in the quote. He also gave us a bottle of a floor cleaner that he recommends for porcelain tile. We were completely satisfied with Jeff's service and highly recommend him.
