We have had several hang ups on completing this project and it ended up taking 5 months to complete. > -Tile was not the color of tile we ordered. Tile had to be ordered- delaying our project 3 weeks. > -We we’re told our tile would be completed within a month. Our tile project took over 5 months to complete. The 3rd party person installing the tile left the country in Feb/Mar leaving an unsafe living environment for our family of 6. 3rd party also stole items out of our garage and used and damaged out tools. We went without two functioning toilets for a month. We ended up hiring someone ourselves to install toilets, finish tiling backsplash and patch missed spots of grout. 3rd party also left leftover supplies, trash and a garbage can. We had to order a dumpster to clean up our yard at an additional cost to us. > -Carpet was ordered in November along with our tile. When carpet installers came, they did not have sufficient carpet, leaving us with tacks on stairs for ten days. > WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. **★★ — HU-279805444, April 2022** > We settled on getting our flooring from Ogden's in Lehi UT based on a recommendation from our neighbor. He wanted to come to our home the next day on his way home from work between 4-5 pm, then came finally at 5:30 pm. He then made comments to me in my living room that were very unprofessional and insulting when I told him what I was trying to do to make the home look better. He then instructed me that I will be able to sell my home even with flaws because people need homes. I only allowed him to stay at my home because I didn't want to start the process over after driving to Sandy, meeting with him, and waiting all freaking day for him to arrive. He also was instructing me to remove my cove base and then go rebuy it since he would have to buy 200 feet of it! I do not appreciate this type of treatment of expecting me to be treated rotten verbally and then being told to tear out/purchase cove base. I am going elsewhere for my future flooring and I also have skills to do the installation myself!
