> Working with owner Tom Bailey,  his son-in-law, Rob Bartosiewicz , who acted as general contractor, and Tom's daughter, Linda Bartosiewicz, designer extraordinaire, was a wonderful experience. Apparently I was not their first remodeling newbie. They spelled out to me the timeline, starting with my preparing a wish list in order of most importance to me to least. They prepared an estimate based on those items in my list. All of their staff, from the young men who did the demo to the painter and finish carpenters were very professional but very warm and human and fun. I felt like I was a part of the whole "family".  I could reach Tom, Rob or Linda at anytime, via cell phone or email. Linda helped me make all those decisions which would have paralyzed me if I was doing it on my own. If there was an issue it was taken care of immediately. The job was finished in a timely manner and we stayed (MOSTLY) on budget. We went over because I ended up with everything on the preliminary list and a few more things as well. I would never hesitate to use them again myself or recommend them to anyone. Very, very pleased!
