Don our sales person did a good job in working with us to get the design of the pool we wanted. The building process could have been explained a little better in the step by step process of what comes next. Once the pool was complete and we started to the pumps up like we were told to and that's when we started to have pump related issues. The pump kept shutting off when it was not supposed to. We called our service tech Steven and he worked with us to get things working properly. I am not going to lie, the pump issues had everyone confused, even the manufacture of the pump. I would have given this review about a 3 but Steven is what made it a 5 star. Every time we had a issue or a question he would send someone out that same day. He even resent someone out to help me understand the pool workings again. He would call and check on how the pool was doing. We requested a salesman stop by our house to discuss the design, process, timeline, etc. Anthony came out, helped us with the design and timeline, and was super nice. He was very patient with us, answering all our questions. Once we decided to move forward, Brent, the project manager, was on site nearly every day. He was always available for any questions, and resolved any issues right away. Along with Anthony and Brent; David, Dell, and Candice have all been super helpful and very professional. Blue Haven met every deadline they gave us, and there were no hidden costs. We absolutely love our pool, and are 100% satisfied! Once the excavation began, the crews were here when they said they would be, they were courteous, and they were mindful of our property. We never felt alone in the process, as there was always an open line of communication for any questions we had. Whether it was a quick email or my kids and I spending 2 hours in the store stressing over what tile matched best, they were always accommodating. Even when our pool finished filling at what I'm sure was an inconvenient time, they still came out to get it started for our anxious kiddos and we couldn't be more appreciative!
