He was incredibly helpful with ideas for big picture issues like room design as well as for smaller details like type and brand of fixtures. He was also extremely helpful with solutions to long-standing problems that we had a chance to fix during our renovations -- in a cost-effective way. We had complete peace of mind with both of our projects (finishing a basement and a bathroom renovation) because of Jon’s knowledge and attention to detail. The entire team he brought in were all very professional and dependable. We could not be happier with the results. All subcontractors were excellent; excavators, foundation, framers/finish, electrical, plumbing/HVAC, wood flooring, etc. This was a challenging remodel that required a long 36' steel beam install and creative problem solving as the whole back of our home was removed. Daily on-site contractor Marc did an excellent job working through these challenges with quality results. Kitchen cabinet install was excellent, including some custom molding work on the island. Nice. > > Jon provided very a detailed cost proposal and was easy to work with as changes and challenges came up. Cost changes were documented and reviewed before hand so there no surprises. Overall, we were on-budget as planned. The project did take longer than expected, mostly as a result of some of the unknowns in the back wall (had to re-route plumbing/wiring etc). Is has been 6 months since completion, no issues at all, and we are still really enjoying the new space. Jon and his team did a wonderful job and was great to work with throughout the entire process. It started with a recommendation to leverage a new process to build the shower so that I would not experience the same issue that required me to replace it to begin with. I was impressed with his up-to-date knowledge of options, professionalism and responsiveness. Maintaining communication is key with any project and we had open lines of communication every step of the way which helped deliver, what I think, is an amazing, beautiful new shower.
