> From my first contact, James Walton, owner of Reliable Remodeling was a true professional.  I put him off while reviewing several other potential contractors, but he faithfully continued to touch base and when I finally met with him, I decided he was probably the one.  After getting his quote and reviewing and making minor changes, we proceeded.  He always showed up when he said he'd be there and kept me informed every day on progress.  He constantly checked up on the daily progress and my satisfaction with the work.  When a delay in the delivery of the vanity arose (sourced seperately and not his responsibility) which caused a temporary halt to work, he worked with us to accomplish any tasks that could be done so we lost as little time as possible.  He delivered a great project on budget, with no hassle, and we are completey thrilled with the experience of working with Reliable Remodeling.

> Multiple remodeling/repair jobs performed.  The master bathroom was remodeled including new tiled shower, new cabinets and new commode.  Existing tub was retained, but framed with matching tile and wood front.  Three chandeliers were installed; one in the foyer, one in the powder room and one in the master bath.  A rotted chimney was repaired as was a roof leak.  The deck was stained and new doors were added to a screen room and terrace level.  A new water heater was installed.  Rooms were painted.
