Todd and Eric delivered a house plan beyond our expectations including many innovative structural features. Stacy Whiting provided interior design options we just loved—in particular, the color palette throughout the house and the unique tiles in the kitchen, baths, and laundry room. During the building phase, Eric worked seamlessly with our builder, McClure Custom Homes, and we had frequent on-site meetings of all hands to discuss building progress. These meetings were a lot of fun to watch as architects and builders combined their expertise to solve challenges. Our new house is now finished and we love living in it. After the initial referral, I was attracted to SDG because of the variety of home design styles shown on their website. I didn't want my project to be pigeonholed as a "type". I wanted my design professional to be open-minded and easy to work with, and I definitely found that in Eric Terry. He is one of the most easy-going people I have ever worked with, but at the same time he gets things done. The process was simple and fun, and we got everything we wanted even though some of it required both Eric and our builder to think outside the box. It turned out to be a bit of a complicated project, but you never would have known it from Eric's attitude.
