I first ordered a Queen Size Duvet Set on October 16th. I was then contacted that the pricing on the website was incorrect and that I would need to pay more. In order to get both the duvet and two shams. I did this and to rectify the situation Gloria gave me one of the shams for free. By November 1st, my item still had not been shipped and Gloria said not to worry, the items I ordered were in stock and would be shipped out on November 2nd. This was a lie. My items were not in stock, and they weren't shipped out until December 3rd. When my items did arrive, the 2 shams were missing. I informed Gloria of the missing shams on December 6th and she said she would ship them on the 7th. Now it is January 6th, and Gloria claims to be shipping out the shams tomorrow. > > Gloria has repeatedly been dishonest about the status of the items I have purchased and failed to fulfill my order for almost 3 months. While she has been very responsive, the majority of things she has promised in relation to stock and shipping were not true. We give you a complimentary sham value $76.00 as you mentioned and for being late, we gave you a complimentary additional 2 custom hand sewn throw pillows sold at $85.00 each totaling complimentary products of $246.00. This discrepancy is regarding two 15” memo samples or fabric cuttings, totaling $60. We do not manufacture the fabric ourselves as you are aware. The Fabric house not only manufacture but also distribute the cuttings. It is a well known fact that they sometimes take weeks or months to process these requests. I would also like to mention that I made a trip to the Design and Decoration building in Manhattan, NYC on your behalf to query and pull the samples myself. During the time in the D&D, we chatted and texted and I sent photos to you of different areas of the pattern, if you recall; ( info is still in my phone). This is a service which under normal circumstances, I would charge a fee for. In your case I did not. We were actually in possession of the samples for 2 to 2 and a half weeks prior to you receiving them. Not 2 months as you imply. Two, to two and half weeks is our normal process time for sending small packages via the post etc. Incidentally, we did not transfer/ process your Pay Pal payment of $60.00 to our account .
