> After three months, the frame broke and fell off my wall. When I contacted customer service about getting a replacement, they said I would need to cover the cost of shipping. When I responded saying that I didn't think I should have to cover the cost of shipping, they said that I waited too long to respond to their email and that they could only offer me a 15% off coupon on a future purchase.

Looking at Art to Frames collage photo frame with 1-8.5x11 and 1 8x10 opening.  Can this frame be hung vertical or horizontal?  I really need the vertical opening to be on the top and the horizontal one below.  Is this possible?
