> We had an incredible experience working with Keri on our full kitchen renovation. Our project was a complete gut, centered around a complex, all-window design that required thoughtful planning and precision, and Keri delivered on every level.
>
> She was exceptionally easy to work with throughout the entire process: communicative, organized, and highly attentive to detail. Keri managed every phase meticulously, which made what could have been a stressful project feel seamless and well-controlled. She also collaborated effortlessly with our team of contractors and designers, keeping everyone aligned and moving forward efficiently.
>
> What really stood out was her ability to meet us exactly where we were. We weren’t just thinking about the kitchen, we needed to plan with future renovations in mind, and Keri was incredibly thoughtful about our wants while helping us make smart, forward-looking decisions.
>
> The end result is a stunning, light-filled kitchen that truly exceeds our expectations. We’re so grateful for her expertise and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable architect.

**Comment from Keri Murray Architecture:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words, your trust, and the opportunity to be part of such a special project. It was truly a pleasure working with you. I hope you and your family enjoy your beautiful space for many years to come, and I hope we have the opportunity to work together again in the future.

> Keri and her team helped us greatly with our Cape Cod renovation! She saw so many issues (good and bad) with our concept that we simply missed. We're happy to recommend her services.

**★★★★★ — Nicole, Dec. 2025**

> Keri has been so easy and fun to work with. She has great design ideas and presents her work in many different modes. She was able to give us interactive computer views of different rooms and how they could be changed. It was very easy for us to visualize our designs and how the changes could be made. We are looking forward to the rest of this process with Keri's input and guidance.

**★★★★★ — Heather Buder, Nov. 2025**

> It was a pleasure to work with Keri in considering an addition to our home. Communicating with her was straightforward and flexible, and we never felt rushed in meetings or decision-making. Keri carefully listened to all our hopes and concerns and took them into account when creating multiple floor plan designs for us to consider. Beyond the floor plans, Keri’s 3D models significantly enhanced our ability to visualize the addition and renovation options. We would highly recommend Keri and hope to work with her again in the future!

**★★★★★ — K. Kelly Emrick, Nov. 2025**

> Keri is a professional expert in the architecture field. Not only were her designs thoughtful and attractive, but Keri took the time to explain her thought process to my husband and me in a way we could understand the design and design options. Her recommendations for responsible contractors were excellent. Together with the contractors, she went out of her way to be responsive to our questions - both with estimating budgeting and predicting time lines. Each contractor was impressed by the level of detail in her construction documents - and that made the permitting and planning process seamless. We would use Keri in a heartbeat again for additional projects. Without question, I would highly recommend her and her team to family and friends in the area because of her efficient ability to communicate, her strong organizational skills, and her knowledge of building from the perspective of both an architect and a builder. It has been a pleasure to work with Keri and her team.

**★★★★★ — Kelsey G, March 2025**

> We own a 200 year old historic home in Easton, MA. We worked with Keri to help us plan an addition that would add improved functionality for our family of 5, while honoring and integrating seamlessly with the unique and special historical heritage of the home. Keri has a wonderful penchant for working with older homes, which is what drew us to her in the first place. She was excellent to work with and was very thorough, timely, and attentive to our desires throughout the design process.

**Comment from Keri Murray Architecture:**

> Thank you so much, Kelsey. It was a pleasure working with you on your beautiful home!

**★★★★★ — Jackie Donabed, Feb. 2025**

> Keri and her team have been a joy to work with. They are organized, open, and efficient. They took our pile of disorganized ideas and turned them into a gorgeous, thoughtful, three dimensional design. We’re moving into construction now and can’t wait to see the project come to life. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Keri Murray Architecture.

> We just moved into our new home so I felt compelled to write this review. We had lived in our neighborhood for decades and raised our family there. We connected with Keri about remodeled our dated home. The neighborhood, we felt, could only accommodate a certain price for homes so we didn't want to out price the market. After explaining this we started the process with Keri. She was very professional and attentive to our needs for the space and for the anticipated budget. After some work she suggested that it would be more effective - given the age of our home and the zoning/requirements - that it would be more cost effective to rebuild on the site. We went through the process of design and specifying the new space. This process was extensive and prolonged - because of our schedule more than Keri's. We had several sessions where I questioned whether this was "doable" within the budget - which we had specified in the $700-800K range from the onset. The process to get to the drawings we could get quoted cost more than $30,000 including surveys - this was consistent with her fee schedule. When we went to get a quote, initially from her recommended builder, it was stunning at $1.8M or more than double our budget and dramatically outpriced not just for the neighborhood but for the town. Her reaction to our dismay was to state they she was not responsible for construction costs or the builder's quotes. We tried several more builders with the same result. Keri did offer to dramatically downsize the design. Keri was personable and professional, but I cannot rate the service highly. It is beyond incomprehensible that this type of miss on cost resulted. A 10% or 15% variance I could see but certainly not well over 100%. The $30,000 we paid resulted in a design that is unbuildable in that area. We moved on to finding a new home. A very disappointing and expensive experience.

> Kathy and I have had the of pleasure working with Keri and Nate in the initial planning phase and complete construction drawings for our major renovation project. Our home was an old Cape built in the early 50's and had undergone various renovations over the years.
>
> We were looking to update and increase the size of our kitchen, create an open floor plan for entertaining families and friends and to establish first floor living area.
>
> Keri listened and understood our needs and turned them into a reality. We had multiple meetings face to face and zoom to review the various designs and updates of the project. Keri provided a complete drawing package that we took to our contractor.
>
> In the end the project included and new kitchen and large dining entertaining area, larger stairs to the basement and 2nd floor. Also added a new powder room with washer and dryer, relocate and enlarge a bathroom with easy accessibility with a walker and a relocated and enlarged first floor bedroom with walk in closet.
>
> We are in the final construction phase and look forward to enjoying the space.
>
> Keri and Nate: Thank you for your creativity and design work and we wish you well.

**★★★★★ — libs20, June 2024**

> Keri is warm, transparent, articulate, and precise. She really did a great job with our house's design and coming up with ideas and plans to fix difficult problems in the structure of our house. I highly recommend her!

**★★★★★ — HU-489424008, Sept. 2023**

> Highly professional, within budget, fun to work with, extremely creative - can't recommend KMA highly enough. Thanks to Keri and Nate we have the kitchen of our dreams - one we would never have envisioned without their encouragement and expertise.

**Comment from Keri Murray Architecture:**

> Many thanks, Raina for your wonderful review. We are very excited to see it all come together!!

**★★★★★ — Jon Loehr, Sept. 2023**

> We chose Keri as our architect because we knew upon meeting her that she would be the best fit to balance all the history and uniqueness of our home with a much needed update and modernization. Keri was organized, communicative, on time, and just a pleasure to work with. She was flexible in how and when we met, always available on phone or email, and continues to stay in touch with us as we exit the design phase and find the right contractor to make her work a reality. We would gladly work with her again.

**Comment from Keri Murray Architecture:**

> Jon, many thanks for your thoughtful review. I truly enjoyed working with you both and look forward to construction!

Designed from the ground up, this new build project will maintain traditional farmhouse features in an expanded symmetrical footprint. - Location: Wellesley, MA
  - Photos: 8
  - Description: The Tufts House is located in a historic district of Wellesley and I was inspired by the challenge of maintaining the defining character of the Colonial Revival style while imbuing the home with new spaces and finishes that meet modern standards. The Historic Commissions of both the town of Wellesley and the State of Massachusetts were adamant that the heritage of the home be preserved, and I was keenly aware that the new design would have to satisfy those demands and also serve as the touchston…

This touchstone American style is experiencing a major resurgence, appealing to those who prefer the classic, comforting design of a simpler time. It’s a blend of architectural details, most easily recognized by its covered porches, simple forms, and natural finishes. The farmhouse style is defined by tastefully simple forms arranged to suggest the home has gracefully evol…

  - Location: Orleans, MA
  - Photos: 15
  - Description: The Orleans Cape house was an exploration of the temporal. The house is an authentic cape cod style home and the owners wanted to maintain the character of the original home, which had been augmented over time. Partly, the challenge was to add contemporary program to an amalgamated building of by-gone eras - but mainly, the essence of the project was harmonizing disparate forms to become the touchstone for family gatherings to span generations. The existing addition was rebuilt to include an upd…

  - Location: Scituate, MA
  - Photos: 6
  - Description: Programmatically, the Scituate Expansion Project was as much about bringing people together as keeping them apart - the inherent dichotomy of an in-law apartment. From the exterior the house needed to be homogenous, belying the distinct separation of access, circulation, and private areas that were to define the new Accessory Dwelling Unit. Careful consideration was paid to scale and structure; vaulted ceilings were combined with light wells (in the form of dormers that complimented the existing…

  - Location: Milton, MA
  - Photos: 17
  - Description: The Milton Colonial Project was about adjusting an outdated floor plan for a traditional Garrison Style Colonial House. The layouts of most old homes don't accommodate the needs of modern family living, and this house in Milton MA was no exception. The classic New England Colonial floor plan - also called a hall-and-parlor plan- has two identical rooms for the hall and parlor in the front of the house and a keeping room/kitchen tucked in the back. This Garrison Colonial had a kitchen and dining…

  - Description: Stylistically, the Boston Victorian Project was as much about matching history as it was adding style to the lot. Careful consideration was paid to scale and structure; detail choices (in the form of eyebrow dormers that complimented the existing house) combined with colorful exterior materials provide a sense of old style that ties the 12,000 SF lot together. This "Neighborhood Gem", built around 1880, was owned by the previous family for 78 years!! The exterior still bears original details and…

  - Description: This addition remodel project is all about bringing back charm. The original home resembles a Colonial by way of shape (rectangular) and layout (two rooms deep on both floors) however all of the classic Colonial elements are missing. For instance, casement windows are uncharacteristic of a Colonial Style Home, especially with a lack of window grilles.
