The repair team came out the next day and discovered the shade had been installed backwards, in spite of the installation being out of warranty they corrected the shade as well as installed chain guides on another window. While talking to the repair crew I discovered they installed window film and immediately I called to make an appointment for a quote. > > The representative, Heather was very knowledgable about the products and even better was able to pull up our information from a previous order so she had all the measurements. Heather left some of the film samples with us so we could see how the rooms would look at different times of the day and weather. Heather also broke down the pricing by room so that we could choose the rooms that needed to be done first. I did request quotes from other companies but because of Heather's non pushy attitude we went with her. > > The day of installation Jon showed up on time and was very open to installing the shade first instead of the film. Jon was very patient with our cat that insisted on reviewing every step of the installation never once getting frustrated by our cats curiosity.
