In my 2 year living here, the building is full of defects already. The elevator breaks down twice a week minimum on most weeks. The snow removal in the winter is terrible especially in the back entrance towards Grenet. The quality of apartments is beyond poor in terms of construction material, electrical wiring (often trips and some outlets stronger than others). > > In the last year, a few people's condos were flooded (1 on my floor just recently) because the pipes in the building were clogged. So now I am frightened because I can be next. > > I know Samcon gives a two year warranty on condos and even that wasn't very useful. It would take at least weeks for someone to come to the condo and then another 6 weeks to do the necessary repair.
